HydraSkale ("we") is a studio based in Nottingham, UK. We keep this short and honest.

What we collect

Only what you send us: the details you type into our contact form or chat (such as your name, email and message), so we can reply. We don't track you around the web, sell your data, or run advertising pixels.

How it's processed

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, our form processor, with a honeypot field to block spam bots. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. Our on-site assistant sends your message to the Anthropic (Claude) API to generate a reply; it isn't used to train models and we don't store conversations to identify you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to help you, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@hydraskale.com and we'll sort it.
