About

A new studio,
built to ship.

HydraSkale is an AI studio in Nottingham. We help UK businesses put AI to work with productised kits, websites, agents, voice, booking and marketing, delivered fast and built to last. We care more about shipping useful things than talking about them.

Principles, not
a pitch deck.

Outcomes over output

We measure success by what your business gets, not by hours billed.

Flexible by default

We fit your tools, your stack and your way of working. No rip-and-replace, no lock-in.

Honest, even when it costs us

If you do not need us, or something cheaper does the job, we will say so.

You own everything

Code and accounts are yours from day one. You can always leave and take it with you.

Shipped, not theorised

Working software in days. We would rather show than tell.

Small, senior, accountable

You deal with the people doing the work, start to finish.

Our work

Our own products
prove we ship.

We build and run our own software, not just slideware. These are ours, designed, built and shipped end to end. The same hands build your kit.

The honest bit.

You’re new — why trust you?

Fair. So we don’t ask you to. We build a small, real piece of your problem first, at a founding rate, and you judge us on the work. If it’s not right, you’ve lost a sentence and a short call.

Who owns what we build?

You do. The code lives in your repository and runs on your accounts. No lock-in, no hostage data, ever.

How can you ship in days?

Productised kits. We’ve built the hard parts once, so each engagement is shaping a proven thing to you, not starting from a blank page.

Do you have client case studies?

We’re a young studio and we’d rather show capability than borrow logos. Our own products (below) prove we design, build and ship real software, end to end.

Let's build a small,
real piece of it.

Tell us the problem. You'll get the smallest thing worth building, the price, and the date.
